Our 4-Step Method

  1. Consult & Plan – Home walkthrough, goals, scope of project, timeline of completion, and family coordination (in-person or remote).

  2. Edit & Sort – Gentle guidance to keep, donate, or relocate—at your pace.

  3. Move – Pack, label, coordinate with movers and building rules.

  4. Set Up & Maintain– Unpack, organize, and label so your new home is ready to be enjoyed from day one!

For adult children & remote families We provide weekly update emails, video check-ins, and a shared task list to keep everyone aligned—no matter the distance.

  • Do you help me decide what furniture to bring? Yes, we have a floor mapping session to decide what can fit properly into your new space and where everything should go. This minimizes packing of pieces that no longer fit your new lifestyle.

  • Do you replace an estate sale company? No, we partner with a licensed auctioneer for valuables; we handle the prep and coordination.

  • Can you work without me present? Yes—after a clear plan and approvals, we can progress independently and update you as we go.

  • Will you provide boxes and materials? We can supply or recommend; all boxes are labeled by room and contents.

  • Do buildings require insurance? Many Miami buildings require COIs and elevator bookings—we manage those details.
