Do you help me decide what furniture to bring? Yes, we have a floor mapping session to decide what can fit properly into your new space and where everything should go. This minimizes packing of pieces that no longer fit your new lifestyle.
Do you replace an estate sale company? No, we partner with a licensed auctioneer for valuables; we handle the prep and coordination.
Can you work without me present? Yes—after a clear plan and approvals, we can progress independently and update you as we go.
Will you provide boxes and materials? We can supply or recommend; all boxes are labeled by room and contents.
Do buildings require insurance? Many Miami buildings require COIs and elevator bookings—we manage those details.
